Any Guns ‘n Roses fan knows frontman Axl Rose loves a good fight. His latest is with soft drink company, Dr. Pepper.
The soda giant promised a free Dr. Pepper to everyone in America if Guns ‘n Roses ever released its long-awaited album, Chinese Democracy. Axl and the boys finally delivered, and Dr. Pepper attempted to make good on their promise, posting a coupon for a free can on their website. Well, the demand was so high that the site crashed, which led angry fans to go to message boards and such, trashing and blaming Axl. And we all know, you just can’t trash Axl and expect to get away with it. So, now he’s suing Dr. Pepper. Just when you thought the Chinese Democracy saga couldn’t get any more ridiculous…

my inital reaction is: ahaahhhahaaa.
and then i wondered, can you put an amount on being blamed and bashed? how much money is he talking?
